Pat Passley – Founder & CEO
Pat is the Principal of London College of Law, a UK delegate on the European Economic & Social Committee’s Consultative Commission on Industrial Change, a Diversity Consultant. A Trustee of the Prince's Trust and a Director of g.a.p social enterprise c.i.c. (community interest company). Pat is a Trustee of the African Caribbean Leadership Council (ACLC) and Chair of the ACLC Education and Youth Committee, Trustee of the Joint Council for the African & Anglo Caribbean Churches (JCAACC).

 

Pat was formerly the Super Heavyweight Commonwealth Games Representative for GB and National Amateur Super Heavyweight Boxing Association Champion, a former member of the Communications Committee of the English Football Association, a member of the Sport England Equity Committee and former Chair of Sporting Equals, a former CRE Commissioner & Special Advisor to Trevor Phillips, the last Chair of the CRE and a former Member of the National Learning & Skills Council’s Adult Learning Committee. Former Trustee and Secretary of the African Caribbean Finance Forum (ACFF) and former legal advocate in the Immigration Appeals Tribunal.
Pat is also a successful fundraiser, a net worker extraordinaire and counts many influential figures amongst his close friends. Pat has extensive knowledge in company formation and has had business articles published in The Voice newspaper and Engage Magazine. Pat is a lifelong Chelsea Supporter and admits to being a social magnet and completed the 2007 Flora London Marathon raising funds for The Prince’s Trust and The Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

 

Paulette West - Founder & Director
Guyanese born Paulette is a High Performing Organisation Manager for Barclays Bank PLC and has 30 years experience in Leadership and Operations. She sits on various Boards and Committees focusing on Diversity and Community Projects including Regional London Leader for the Cultural Diversity Network within Barclays Bank PLC. Paulette has organised scores of Employee Volunteering Projects including the creation of a Breakfast Club & Reading Support Programme for Primary Schools.
She worked closely with Mildmay Mission Hospital raising funds and organising outings and parties for children who were HIV affected. A playground makeover for Haywards Adventure Playground for disabled and special needs children proved a great success. In recognition for all her contribution to the community, Paulette was presented with a bouquet of flowers by Zara Phillips MBE, BBC Sports Personality of the Year and daughter of The Princess Royal, Princess Anne.
She is a Trustee of the African Caribbean Leadership Council (ACLC) and Chair of the ACLC Social Welfare & Counselling Committee. Paulette is the Events Executive for the Black Fundraisers Network and also the Chair of Ivy Entertainment, an Award Winning Performing Arts Dance Company. Paulette won the Platinum Award (the top award given in Barclays Bank) in 2006 for her outstanding and tireless contribution to the BME community and has been responsible for raising over a quarter of a million pounds for various charities. She has been profiled as a ‘Power Player’ in Pride Magazine and has appeared in The New Nation & The Voice Newspapers as part of their Business Advice Forum and is a regular contributor on business affairs. She has had business articles published in The Voice Newspaper and has written for Engage Magazine.
